A tag sale is an upgrade from a traditional yard sale or unmediated online sale of used items. Whether someone is moving, downsizing, liquidating an estate, or simply removing some of their clutter they need to sell some possessions. Tag sales are usually managed by professionals. Our staff will market your sale via local paper publications, websites, and flyers.

Throughout my life I have always had an interest in real estate. In the summer of 2022, I decided to take the leap and get all the information I needed to become an agent. I attended Hondros College and later became a licensed Realtor in the state of Ohio.
When I’m not selling real estate, I have quite a few hobbies I really enjoy. I love to workout daily, go on hikes in various state parks, golfing and riding my motorcycle during the warm months of the year.
With a passion for service in the Ohio Valley, I am ready to help you with your homebuying and selling needs.
Ethan can be reached at the Cedar One Realty office in Wintersville, OH, on his cell at (740) 381-8096 or his email ehatfield@cedaronerealty.com.
